How Globogloto started
I always loved languages but only after scoring 90% at DALF C1 (French) after only 14 months of self-studying, I realised I might have something to say about language learning and I want to share my methods and point of view with language lovers - and also promote using technology.

Three principles I won't break
Consistency over intensity
18 minutes a day beats a 3-hour weekend cram. The brain consolidates language across sleep cycles. Daily exposure is non-negotiable.
AI as tutor, not crutch
I use Gemini and NotebookLM to correct writing, explain grammar and generate phrases... but I speak with real humans (and mostly to myself).
Analog memory
Assimil, Language Transfer, and a notebook. Apps are great for streaks; handwriting is great for retention. I choose retention.
